CBS4 is partnering with the American Cancer Society to sponsor their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. We’re forming a team for the Denver walk scheduled for Sunday, May 19th. Please come out and join us as we fight to end breast cancer.

9:00am – 12:00pm
Registration and check in begins at 7:30am. Event starts at 9:00am
Village Center Station near Fiddler's Green

Since 1993, 8 million cancer charity walkers across the country have raised more than $460 million through Making Strides events to help fight breast cancer. Last year alone, dedicated supporters like you raised more than $60 million nationwide to help the American Cancer Society save lives and create a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays.



Making Strides is a non-competitive 5K walk (approximately 3.2 miles). The walk takes place in Greenwood Village, on the west side of I-25. Walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us! There is no registration fee and no minimum amount required to fundraise. The walk takes place on city streets and concrete sidewalks without major hills.


Donations: Cash and check donations can be turned in at the event, mailed to the office or dropped off at the office (during business hours).

Parking: There is plenty of free parking, including a parking garage right at the site.

Pets: Dogs on leash are allowed - please bring your own bags to pick up after your furry friends.
